Answering the "Chain Expo" Call for the Fourth Time

On June 22, the 4th China International Supply Chain Promotion Expo (hereinafter referred to as the "Chain Expo") opened in Beijing. As the only tea company among Hubei's exhibitors, Hubei Tea Group once again appeared in the Health Life Chain exhibition area. In its capacity as the designated tea supplier for the Chain Expo, it extended the aroma of Jingchu tea from the "exhibition lounge" to the "supply chain negotiation table" – using a cup of fine Hubei tea to tell the story of Hubei's industrial chain.

This year's Chain Expo, themed "Connecting the World for a Shared Future," brought together enterprises and institutions from 85 countries, regions, and international organizations. The number of exhibitors increased from 515 at the first edition to 676 this year, with foreign-invested exhibitors accounting for 36.5% and Fortune 500 and industry-leading enterprises making up over 65% of participants.
"Tea+" New Ways to Play: Long Lines for Ice Cream, Non-Stop AI Tea Machines
At the tea ice cream booth, the queue had been constant since the exhibition officially opened at 1:00 PM. Staff handed out cones while explaining: "This one is made with Enshi Yulu tea powder, and that one has a jasmine tea base..." Before they could finish, a Middle Eastern businessman had already scanned the code to pay: "This ice cream is sweet but not cloying, with a delicate tea fragrance – I'll have another!"

By closing time, over 200 tea ice creams had been sold in just four hours – proving that young people are willing to pay for "tea+" as long as it's presented in an interesting way.
Next door, the AI tea brewing machine also drew crowds several layers deep. A procurement manager from a Shandong-based restaurant chain watched the machine for over ten minutes and asked three times: "Can the tea flavor be consistent? Are there multiple tea capsule options?" After receiving affirmative answers, he pulled out his phone and added the staff's contact information: "We have multiple stores across the country. If we can install this, we'll save one person in the back kitchen."
Throughout the afternoon, such WeChat connections were made more than a dozen times. Over 30 domestic and international corporate clients expressed clear interest in follow-up discussions, covering areas such as AI tea machine procurement, tea base supply, and co-branded product development.

"This Jasmine Tea – I Want to Take It Home for My Friends to Try"
Around 2:00 PM, a special visitor stopped by the booth. Malaysian businessman Mr. Chen had originally just been passing by, but he was drawn in by the aroma of "Hankou Tea Factory" brand jasmine tea. He picked up a tasting cup, first sniffed it, then took a sip, paused for a few seconds, and gave a thumbs-up in appreciation.
The staff told him that this tea was made with high-quality Hubei green tea base and had been scented multiple times, allowing the floral fragrance to permeate the leaves without overwhelming the tea's natural flavor. After hearing this, Mr. Chen directly asked for four cans. "I'll take these back for my friends in Malaysia to try," he said, placing the tea canisters into his backpack and patting it. "If the feedback is good, I'll contact you for formal orders."
Different People, Their Perfect Cup: Winning Over Channel Partners with a Rich Product Matrix
On the other side of the booth, the display case for the time-honored Chinese brand "Chuan" (Three Rivers) also drew regular visitors. "In the past, Qingzhuan brick tea had to be broken and boiled, which foreigners didn't know how to do," explained the on-site manager. "Now it's made into individual pellets, so there's no need to struggle with breaking it. The single-serving tea is even more convenient – perfect for business trips and travel." The design philosophy behind these two products was to make Hubei tea easier to drink and brew – more accessible to a broader range of consumers.

Meanwhile, products from the Chutian Fine Tea series, such as "Tea Chronicles" and "High Mountains and Flowing Water," also attracted considerable attention. A gift channel supplier from Shenzhen sat at the booth for half an hour, tasting nearly every category, and remarked: "At your booth, whether for different people or different occasions, everyone can find their perfect cup of tea."
Four Consecutive Years of Participation, Letting the Aroma of Chutian Fine Tea Spread Worldwide

This marks the fourth consecutive year that Hubei Tea Group has participated in the Chain Expo. "Full-chain tea industry operation service provider" – behind this positioning is a comprehensive and tangible system: from tea garden cultivation and primary processing, to tea-based food R&D, AI tea machine deployment, cross-border exports, and tea-culture tourism integration. Hubei Tea Group is not showcasing a single product, but the entire "from tea garden to teacup" chain capability.

"The biggest difference between the Chain Expo and other exhibitions is that the attendees are key players along the industrial chain," said the group's on-site manager. "Many of the clients we connected with today aren't here to buy a few catties of tea – they're here to discuss partnerships, channels, and supply chain integration. This confirms that our positioning is right – Hubei tea must not only 'go global,' but also fetch better prices and build a stronger reputation."

The Chain Expo has officially begun, and we look forward to meeting you at the exhibition venue.
