
The 138th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) Phase III opened in Guangzhou on October 31. With the theme of "Better Life", this phase covers five sectors including fashion, home textiles, toys & maternity-child products, stationery, and health & leisure. It sets up 21 exhibition areas, covering an exhibition area of 515,000 square meters with approximately 25,000 booths.
Canton Fair is known as the "barometer" and "vane" of China's foreign trade, hailed as "China's No.1 Exhibition" and an international trade fair attracting professional buyers. According to statistics from China Foreign Trade Center, the organizer, this session has attracted overseas buyers from 222 countries and regions worldwide, with a total of about 157,900 offline participants, a month-on-month increase of 6.3%.
